Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
* Open to self‑identified dark‑skinned women aged 18 or older.
* Must not have any public record of promoting skin bleaching, lightening creams, or bleaching injections.
* Employees and immediate family of Feron brand are not eligible.
2. Entry Period
* Submissions open from 1st June and close on 30th June 2026 at 11:59 PM WAT (West Africa Time). Late entries will not be considered.
3. Content Requirements
* Photo and video must be original, unaltered (no filters, no skin lightening editing).
* Video must not contain nudity, profanity, hate speech, or copyrighted music.
* By submitting, you grant Feron a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to repost, share, and use your content for campaign purposes.
4. Voting & Judging
* Public voting rounds are based on engagement (likes, shares, comments) on Feron’s official Instagram account.
* Judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
* Any evidence of vote manipulation (bots, fake accounts) will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Prizes
* Winner receives: Crown, Feron Black is Beautiful Collection outfit, cash prize (₦100,000 or equivalent in local currency), 1‑year ambassadorship.
* Runners‑up receive specified prizes. Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash alternative is offered
Publicity
Winner agrees to participate in a winner’s interview (live or recorded) and allow Feron to use her name, image, and voice for future campaign promotions without additional compensation.
Disqualification
Feron reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates these terms, engages in hate speech, or is found to have a history of bleaching promotion.
Liability
Feron is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or internet connectivity issues. Contestants participate at their own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved amicably.

Mission and Objectives of FERON BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL
The mission of FERON BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL is to eradicate skin bleaching and lightening among Africans and Black people worldwide by celebrating the beauty, power, and elegance of dark and natural skin complexions through fashion, pageantry, and education. Our objectives are:
Awareness & Attitude Shift
– Reach at least 2 million people across digital and traditional media by 31st December 2026.
– Increase positive perception of dark skin by 30% (measured via pre‑ and post‑campaign surveys among target audience).
– Directly counter the myth that lighter skin is more beautiful using science‑backed content (minimum 10 educational posts/videos).
Behavioral Change
– Encourage at least 5,000 individuals to publicly pledge “I will not bleach my skin” via the Feron website or campaign events.
– Partner with 20+ dermatologists and cosmetologists to provide free skin health checks and bleaching cessation advice.
Fashion & Commercial
– Successfully launch the Feron Black is Beautiful Collection (all‑black apparel and accessories) with ₦15M+ in sales within 3 months of launch.
– Secure 5+ brand sponsors or media partners to fund and amplify the campaign.
Event & Community
– Host the inaugural Miss Black is Beautiful Pageant (online edition) starting from 25th May 2026 with at least 20 contestants and 10,000 online viewers.
– Deliver a seminar and exhibition featuring at least 5 expert speakers (dermatology, psychology, fashion).
Collaboration & Legacy
– Build a database of 200+ active collaborators (models, makeup artists, photographers, skincare experts, influencers) for ongoing and future campaigns.
– Establish Feron Black is Beautiful as an annual event (yearly on Africa Day – 25th May).
